I have thermo in just about an hour and reactor design basically right after that. What am I doing blogging? I have no clue. It's not that I've given up, it's more that I've come to the realization that nothing I do in the next 60 or so minutes will make any difference. Sure I might learn a thing or two that just happens to show up on the exam, but what's the chance of that... and even if it does happen, it just means that I've forgotten another thing I've learned, that's probably equally important, to make room for it. Thus my solution, I will relax and play solitaire, because in 8 hours, none of what I do now will matter at all. Oh yeah, I'm not going to shower prior to the exam, and I've just gotten back from a great run 4+ miles in sub 30 minutes (finally back to that level of running). I guess you could say it's a superstition thing... hahaha more like 'if I'm going to suffer, so is everyone around me,' kinda thing.
But yeah, back on point... today was a solid run. I was originally planning on going steady state recovery day for 6 or 7 miles at an 8:20 pace, but then I realized that then I'd have time to stress out over tests. So I increased the speed to the point where the only thing I'd have to worry about was falling down lol. The reason I only went 4.18 is because I started out at much too slow a pace to go further. Oh, you might think I was lazy today because of the short run and the lack of biking. Well jokes on you, I did some erging today too. Er, I played fish game.
