Should I start a twitter?

I'm not sure I absolutely need one, plus the effort it would take to establish a new network is somewhat beyond what I'd like to put in for the summer. Irregardless, I've been thinking about getting one. Any opinions on that one?

Today's run was solid. This was to be expected given a carb load yesterday... listen, you don't buy 3 pizzas and leave them sitting around the house, 'nuff said. Of course once I had finished the pizzas... there remained a banana bread/cake thing, mad chocolate chip cookies, chocolate mint ice cream, croissants, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and chocolate to finish. I felt like it was my responsibility to polish it off haha (new favorite food is pb & j sandwiches btw). So yeah, with that many calories in me I had a lot of energy to spare. I know I've said I usually have a real hard time doing distance the day after a cheat/binge day, but for some reason it just felt good. Mid 60's weather, no wind, and a nice dry morning led to pretty much perfect conditions for a longer run, although those goddamn asphalt hills still plague my knees. Anyway, I didn't really time myself since I was going for distance, but let's say about 80 minutes or so for 10.17 miles. Actually, probably a tad slower, there's no way I held that kind of pace... I'm going purely by playlist length (someone buy me a Garmin Forerunner... or a least a Nike+ please lol). Enjoy all your days, I'll be passing out about... now.
