Bye America

Temporarily of course, but this summer I'll be in Taipei. For my last run before I left, I chose to take the other path which splits from that ridiculous hill I had found yesterday. I was pleasantly greeted by a virtually flat and secluded run which follows the Raritan River for a nice 5-6 mile loop from and back to my house. My only regret is that I found this a bit too late, and also that I had to walk on part of my run today (1/4 of a mile). Today's total distance... 5.73 miles, and I have to say, the part that followed the bit of walking was probably the worst mile I've ever run in terms of how I felt.

So expect to look forward to food posts on real Chinese food. Haha, kidding... there's always a spot in my heart for the by the pound steam tables at Ho Yip.

distance for the day: 5.73 miles
distance biked for the day: 0.00 miles

distance on the year: 248.07 miles
distance biked on the year: 142.68 miles
